To that end, the Jim McGrody for Congress Campaign for Texas Congressional District 23 is pleased to present its Compact 23: A Vision for the 21st Century -- A statement of 15 public policy commitments that Jim McGrody will promote as the elected Representative for Texas Congressional District 23.
I believe that America is on the cusp of significant and far-reaching change. I want to help lead the charge to implement needed reforms in taxation, education, healthcare, social security, military affairs, immigration, energy and many other areas of government. I have the career experiences, energy, interest and intellect to achieve these goals for constituents of Congressional District 23 and for all Americans.
