About Me
Joseph J. Carraro has experience in big business and small, and is a State Senator who has won his District in every election. He was a stockbroker and built Carraro’s Pizza and Italian Restaurant from scratch. An educated man, Joe he has a BA from UNM, a Masters of Business Management from the Robert O. Anderson School, and a PhD from LaCrosse University. He has attended schools of finance, business, and energy. Senator Carraro serves on the Senate Finance Committee, the Legislative Finance Committee, and the Indian Affairs, Land Grant, and the Ethics Committees. Joe is involved with many issues ranging from energy, trade, transportation, and foreign policy, and currently serves on many national committees, including the National Energy Council and the International Committee of the Council of State Governments.
